One of the most important benefits of frameworks is that they reduce the amount of management effort required to keep an organization under control.

Without a framework, managers spend a significant amount of time reminding people what needs to be done, searching for information, following up on incomplete tasks, and resolving the same problems repeatedly.

A framework creates structure around that work.

It defines what needs to happen, how information should be captured, who needs to participate, and what completion looks like.

The organization becomes less dependent on constant supervision.

This does not remove the need for good management. It makes good management scalable.

Instead of managers constantly chasing activity, they can focus on exceptions, improvement, and decision-making.
